Fixed Bid - Based on a client's requirement, we draft a specification, estimate the time, effort and costs involved and present it to the client for approval. On acceptance of the proposal we perform the work on a fixed bid contract basis and deliver to agreed specifications.

Retainer - This is essentially a resourcing model and is used when the scope of work cannot be clearly defined. In this case, the client estimates his/her requirement of personnel. Based on the client's brief, we contract out a/multiple resources, dedicated to work on client's project for the time frame as entered into the contract. Support provided to such working environments includes online collaboration tools, daily time sheets/work reports, project management, software development tools and infrastructure etc. as needed.
