Java Swing Developer

Sysfore is looking for Java Swing Developers who can create user information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Java based components and interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • JAVA POS Development ( Openbravo JAVA POS)
  • Bug fix & feature enhancement.
  • Design and develop high-volume, low-latency JAVA POS Application for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
  • Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
  • Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
  • Prepare and produce releases of software components.
  • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.


  • At least 4 - 5 years of Java development experience including Java Swings, Core Java, middle-tier.
  • BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
  • Should have Retail Knowledge
  • Should have any POS Experience
  • Proven hands-on Software Development experience
  • Should have experience in designing and developing applications using Java Swings (GUI).
  • Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
  • Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, Experience on MYSQL is must

Sysfore is looking for a sales representative with enterprise level software and services solutions sales experience to assist us in our efforts to increase and support our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consultative solution selling for software, services and Cloud
  • Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to prospect targets for Cloud Services
  • Work with a defined sales target focusing on initiating relationships with multi–level decision–makers through phone, in–person contacts, and presentations
  • Providing technical responses to Requests for Information and Proposals
  • Preparing presentations in the area of expertise

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1–2 years B2B sales experience preferred

Sysfore is looking for Customer Success Managers to engage with our Accounts post-sales for Sysfore cloud based solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for helping the customer adopt the solution with ease, optimizing their product experience and guiding them to internal support teams if need be.

He/She is expected to identify & close any upsell opportunities within an account were engaged with throughout the year. At the end of the term, the CSM is expected to prepare for the renewal, guide the customer with any changes to the contract (If reqd) and close the renewal in time.

Key Responsibilities

  • The incumbent would create value-based relationship with our existing customers post sales.
  • Develop understanding of Sysfore's Creative Cloud for Teams, VIP & Renewal Programs, Conditions of Service, Commercial Terms and Sysfore's standards for pricing.
  • Research customer contracts and purchasing history in Sysfore's various customer management systems & external sources such as LinkedIn to figure out the expansion opportunity in an account.
  • Securing and validating renewal orders, driving maximum renewal & up-selling from the install base Engage as required, with the supporting functional teams to resolve issue raised by customers related to their Creative Cloud Subscriptions.
  • To build strong, trust based relationships with business partners inside and outside the organization, and to leveraging all available resources to support the business process of renewals.
  • Managing the opportunity pipeline from week to week, providing accurate and timely updates to management on progress and outlook.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years experience operating in a similar capacity, directly managing a portfolio of services contract renewals via direct and indirect channels.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Strong organization, follow through and documentation skills suitable for client communication.
  • Task-oriented, with focus and drive to complete tasks at hand.
  • Ability to work independently, learn quickly and be proactive.
