projects on a fixed bid basis, for projects
that involve a one-off custom implementation
as in instances like migration to a new technology,

tier like the presentation layer, business logic
layer or data serving tier, or migration to
a new technical architecture. Such initiatives
go through processes of requirements study;
cost and time estimate preparation, business
proposal presentation and then lead on to the
maintenance project implementation.
Retainer - By understanding your software
application maintenance needs, we put together
a team that will spend dedicated time on your
maintenance efforts every month. Retainer based
maintenance service packages are available from
20 person-hours per month onwards on both the
Microsoft and Java software environments.
All managed application services / application
maintenance services work will be conducted
